We teach children to fall in love with healthy eating. Our meals are made fresh daily and include as much organic food as possible. We do this by:
Visiting local farmers markets every weekend to pick up local organic produce.
Only purchasing organic milk
Introducing new foods many times and in different ways
Giving children full meals
Sitting together and having communal meal time
We work with parents to ensure that each child is getting proper nutrition and is being exposed to a variety of food cultures. We even help our new parents by guiding them through the baby food making process and then transitioning them to solids.
After seeing what your child eats, you may want to stay for lunch!
